I am licenced to assist you with your application for a 'grant of representation' with the UK Government - this then,
once accepted, gives you the right to access personal bank accounts and assets of the deceased.
After an initial free meeting to enable me to assess the work required I will either purpose to work for an hourly rate of £150 per hour or where the Estate is straight forward a fixed fee. I am not registered for VAT.
I am happy to deal with everything needed to obtain a grant of Probate agree the IHT and assist in distributing the Estate. Alternatively I will work alongside the executors providing assistance as needed.

I am authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales to carry out the reserved legal activity of non-contentious probate in England & Wales.
These regulations require me to have a minimum level of indemnity of £500,000 per claim on our Professional Indemnity Insurance. I am unsured with QBE UK, Policy Number 0027091PIC. The insurance is arranged by Marsh Commercial, Castlemead, Lower Castle Street, Bristol, BS1 3AG

I will consider carefully any complaint that you may make about my probate services as soon as I receive it and will do all I can to resolve the issue. I will acknowledge your complaint within five business days of its receipt and endeavour to deal with it within eight weeks. Any complaint should be submitted to me by letter.
If I do not deal with it within this timescale, or you are unhappy with my response, you may, of course, take the matter up with my professional body – the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and the Legal Ombudsman. Complaints to the Legal Ombudsman should be made within six years of the act or omission, or within three years of you becoming aware of the issue and, in either case, within six months of my written response to your complaint to me.
